Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the room felt cold, and the heating unit was noisy. There was a strange smell, perhaps from ongoing refurbishment. The room was quite small with limited storage and an unconventional shower layout directly opening into the bedroom. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the separation between the toilet and basin was only a glass sliding door. Breakfast arrangements were minimal.
The hotel's location is convenient, with great amenities like a welcome drink at check-in and a happy hour. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with a nice selection of TV channels and ironing facilities, although they can get a bit warm. The service was exceptional despite my late arrival, with quick and pleasant assistance. The dining experience offered freshly cooked meals but could sometimes run out of items. The location was good for my needs, just a short drive from the Xscape building. The only downside was the small bathroom with a noisy timber box.
The hotel was cozy and designed for working customers but could be noisy due to nearby smoking area and conference attendees. Rooms, while small, were adequate for our one night stay and matched the price paid. Service was overall polite and helpful, especially with standout staff like Rose. The location was convenient for various activities but lacked some peacefulness due to external noise. Dining options were varied but could be a bit overpriced for the value offered.
